With the population’s efforts to follow health measures, Ontario continues to make progress in the struggle to control the third wave of COVID-19. Despite the reduction in the number of cases in the province, positive cases and patients with critical illnesses related to COVID in the ICU, the key indicators are still high.
Such impacts prevent the suspension of the order of stay at home (Stay at Home Order) until at least June 2nd, when the measures will be reassessed, envisioning the reopening of outdoor recreational spaces.
In addition, primary and secondary schools, public and private, will continue to operate through remote education. The face-to-face classes will only return when the bodies and specialists in the health area evaluate that it is safe.
